Freeze-dried beef stroganoff comes in a #10 size can. To prepare a single serving, boil 3/4 cup of water. Add 3/4 cup of freeze-dried beef stroganoff, stir and cover for 5 to 10 minutes and then serve. While the can remains sealed, average shelf life is 25 years. Once the can is opened, contents should be consumed within 7 days.
