The Scout model flint comes in 4 colors. Sorry, but at this time, there is no choice of color. Your Scout may be Tomato Red, Apple Green, Mango Yellow or Slate Gray.

Usage:

1. Take a small quantity of dry grass, steel wool, char cloth, jute fiber, tinder fungus, paper or any other combustible material. Build them up into a pile.
2. a) Grip the FireSteel with one hand. b) Take hold of the steel striker with the other hand. c) Position the striker against the FireSteel.
3. With the hand opposite of the one holding the FireSteel flint, force the striker slowly down the length of the FireSteel.
