These flare-like lifeboat windproof and waterproof matches are NATO approved. Strike with a "stabbing" motion to ignite a match that burns hot and brightly like a miniature flare - even in the rain. Each container of 25 waterproof matches has safety strikes on both the lid and the bottom of the bottle.
