Website Misprints and Shopping Cart Errors
Occasionally, we will unintentionally make mistakes during data entry of product descriptions or prices. We regret these situations. When the actual price is less than published, we will gladly correct your order before shipping. When the actual price is higher than shown, we will notify you of the actual price and offer to cancel your order with our sincere apologies. We make every effort possible to provide accurate photos, descriptions and prices.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you MUST retain all packing materials and file a claim with the carrier immediately. We take great care to package our products well and cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during shipment.



Non-sale-priced products may be returned for a refund or replacement within 12 business days of delivery. Refund does not include original shipping and handling charges or the return shipping charges unless there was a mistake on our part. Returned items must be in like new, resalable condition otherwise refund will be denied and the item will be returned to you at your expense. First Aid Kits and most other medical products cannot be returned as this could pose a health risk. To return an item, proceed as follows:

  1. Contact us via email at sales@cardinalgear.com to request a return authorization number or RA#.
  2. Carefully wrap the item to be returned including the original packaging and place it in a box with the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  3. Inside the package, include a copy of your invoice with a brief note giving the reason for the return.
  4. Ship the package by UPS, Priority Mail or insured Parcel Post (C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted).

NOTE: We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
