The Swiss Spice Humid Proof Salt+Pepper is a great little product that arose about 10 years ago when inventor and designer Wietlisbach was traveling around New Zealand. He kept his salt in a film canister. Click! The lid popped off the canister and the salt emptied all over his luggage.

Driven by this annoying experience, Wietlisbach sought a safe, secure and hygienic salt container during the following years. Working together with a Swiss expert from the industrially driven Institution for Technology and Research, an optimal solution finally was found.

Thanks to its low weight of only 45g (empty), it is ideal for expeditions. Swiss Spice can also be used for storing other things which must be kept dry, e.g. tablets, soap, pills and a lot more.
